Directed by Francesca Zambello (internationally recognized director of opera and theatre including Broadway).  Also starring Ashley Brown (Broadway’s Belle in Beauty and the Beast and Mary Poppins in Mary Poppins) and Nathan Gunn (Grammy Award winner for best opera recording, international opera star).

Caroline played the role of Young Kim, the daughter of Magnolia (Ashley Brown) and Gaylord Ravenol (Nathan Gunn) in this critically acclaimed spectacular production with a cast of 80 players on a magnificent set accompanied by a forty piece orchestra under the baton of Maestro John DeMain. Caroline sang solo and in a duet with her actor father (Nathan Gunn) in “Only Make Believe” and had speaking lines in several scenes along with ensemble numbers with the full cast. “Caroline Heffernan is adorable as Young Kim” (John von Rhein/Chicago Tribune).
